Somerville

Somerville is a vibrant area and has been named the best run city in Massachusetts a handful of times. The city is also a 3-time winner of the All-America City Award. Above all, communities must exemplify the highest standards of civic engagement and only 10 communities are given the award each year. Likewise, a large support for local business radiates throughout this community. Many quaint hangouts and walking paths make the area feel like home. One section of the city has previously ranked as one of the hippest places to live in the United States. This neighborhood, Davis Square, is occupied by many restaurants, shops, and businesses.  Somerville is also home to dozens of parks and community gardens, as well as playing fields and playgrounds.
